Clint the sale person explained the different bracelet sizes because I was purchasing a gift for my sister who has a large wrist, he didn't mind me calling to asked what size I should purchase. He still gave me a gift receipt just in case she needs to exchange it. He also told me of the upcoming sale and gave me the website to join the Pandora Club..

Salesperson was extremely friendly and accommodating. She answered all my questions and was able to help me do the exchange I needed as well as searched high and low for an extra bracelet I wanted to purchase.
