My daughter and I visited the Atlantic Station location we we're VERY highly satisfied with the service that was provided to us. Customer service from Kara we're EXCELLENTE!! Kara was very knowledgeable to all the questions we had before her to answer. Kara was very patient with us we stayed in the store for about an hour. Kara went the extra miles it took to make sure we we're satisfied. We will be visiting this location again in the very near future.

Markie B was a TERRIFIC associate. This was my first Pandora purchase and he thoughtfully answered EVERY question I had. If I was annoying, he never showed it. He was attentive and very accomodating. The manager was very nice also. There was another associate who was rude and she kept grabbing my packing items that the manager laid out for my purchase. I bought three bracelets but left with only two boxes, because of her. Every time Markie sat something down, she would grab it. Then when he needed it back he had to go look for it. It was frustrating and annoying. I will only reccomned friends to this store to work with Markie, not Ms Rude! She totally sucked.

The overall shopping experience was a 10/10. I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked in the door. The salesperson, Markie B made my experience above and beyond he was patient, let me see all the different options and helped me make my decision on my purchase.
