The sales reps are friendly kind and very helpful

I called the store to ask a question references to some charms I saw online & I received my answer from Clint. After talking with him, he started he could hold the charms for me. One charms was not in store, Clint mentioned a shipment was due in & once it came in, I received a call from him stating he would put that one with the others charms I wanted to see before buying. That’s what I view as excellent customer service.

First I was immediately greeted by the store manager who was so helpful. He helped me find what I was looking for. And also helped cleaned my bracelet!

The customer service was great considering that I visited the store 10 minutes before closing. The salesperson never made me feel that it bothered her that I arrived ten minutes before closing.

Friendly service

While walking into the store I was greeted and promptly asked what I needed help with. The associate quickly pulled out the measurement tool to size my finger and then proceeded to pull out the correct size needed. He even showed me a few options that would go great with my ring which I took a picture of and sent to my boyfriend for a future purchase

Clint was amazing attentive and informative. When we first walked in we did not feel as welcomed but that quickly changed when we dealt with Clint. I only went in for an exchange and ended up purchasing more items.
