Both reps (Clint and Kara) were very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. They were not overbearing and really was interested in ensuring my experience was good. They smiled a lot which is important.

I was very satisfied with this visit because she told me about a student discount which I never knew about and also about this survey that I could take which I also never knew about. She was every helpful and probably my best experience yet at a pandora store, so I will be going back to that one in the near future.

The sales person had her own pandora bracelet. It showed that she was invested in the product and it’s quality. And she was able to provide helpful tips for maintaining my new bracelet. I didn’t have to wait for service. Overall an amazing experience.
