At the time I went , the store was very busy. The store manger , Clint came to assist me. He was very patient and helpful. He took all my charms off , cleaned my bracelet and placed all my charms back in a nice order. He cleaned the bracelet again with the additional charms added. I love Pandora and this experience was one of the best. Thank you Clint.

I went to the Atlantic Station location and the customer service was excellent. I was greeted soon as I walked in. When it was time to make my purchase everyone was so knowledgeable and very professional. My previous bracelet was a little dull looking, they clean it for me and brought it back to life. I am very stratified with my new purchases. I recommend Pandora to everyone.

The sales man that help me went beyond my expectations. I only came in to get a charm for my girl friend bracelet . Which I had with me . He clean her bracelet and offer additional accessories such as a stopper .

Very satisfied with the service! Kara was outstanding! The only reason why I would not return to this store in 90 days is because I was in the area for vacation and live elsewhere.
