I was able to walk right into the store and get immediate service. The lady was very kind and helpful and able to answer any questions I had. She was patient with me while I made my selection and helped things move very quickly.

My sales associate made my experience a delight! I was having a rough day due to it being my deceased mothers birthday and she made my life at ease. She was very attentive and helped me to pick out the perfect charm and bracelet to represent and remember her. She was able to sympathize with me and console me, in which was not her job. Kara was an Angel sent in to alter my day and I am forever grateful. Thank you Pandora for having Kara (Atlantic Station Location) as an AMAZING sales associate. :) I will be back to visit her and purchase more.

I took my 14 year old daughter to purchase a gift for her friend. The sales Associate was very helpful. My daughter was able to pick the perfect gift and grab a charm for herself. They greet you as you coming in the store, the hospitality is off the chart the way they help you and explain the items , this is the store i will always come to with my family and friends.

Clint is amazing, you can tell this is a manager that truly cares about his employees and his customers. He and Renee (I hope I got her name right) are always so pleasant and you can tell this is an enjoyable work place. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will return to this store 100%.
