I was greeted immediately upon entry of the store. The representative listened intently as I already knew what I wanted. She was very knowledgeable and showed me other things to style my new bracelet with. It felt like having a conversation with a family member. The store manager also came out to greet us. It was a great overall experience.

The customer service was outstanding in this location, the store was clean, and the team was very professional. Upon my arrival everyone greeted me as I walked in the store! Every question and concern I had was answered and taken care of. The team was patient with me and was still able to help others while assisting me. I was in and out within minutes!
