I placed my order online several hours before going to the store for pick up. Initially, I was disappointed because my order was not ready even though the store had what I wanted. However, the salesperson was prompt and courteous. She quickly pulled up my online order, asked if I was satisfied before closing out my purchase. It was a wonderful experience for my first purchase at Pandora.

They where friendly an they know the merchandise

The sales associate knowledge of the merchandise sold me. She was very friendly and answered all my questions. I felt completely satisfied with my purchase.

My sales associate was very helpful. Store was very clean. Many charms were easy to access and look at.

I was assisted in finding the two charms I was looking for and was even offered to clean my bracelet for free (which I didn’t even know was a service offered! Renee was excellent. She had very good customer service skills. She greeted me as I walked in the door and immediately began to help me with my purchase.

I came to this store b/c my mom purchased me a bracelet and charms but i needed to exchange the bracelet b/c it was too big. Kara was the associate that helped me and she was very nice and patient with me while I made my decisions. She informed me about a lot about The Pandora line and what would probably best suit me. This is my second bracelet that I received as a gift but haven't expanded beyond what I received, so with Kara explaining the differences in the bracelets, charms etc it helped me better understand what I was purchasing and why. I truly appreciated her help. And will be back just b/c of her customer service.
