The sales rep and I believe it was the manager we’re very nice and friendly. They engaged me with conversations and offered suggestions which helped with my decision of purchase. He also offered to clean my bracelets as I shopped. Welcoming

Hugo was very friendly. His service was expedient. It was quick and easy for me to get in the store, make the selection and finalize the transaction.

I truly appreciated the staff and how knowledgeable she was when it came to the styles and products that Pandora offered. She immediately asked if I needed assistance, warmly greeted me and checked on me throughout the duration of my visit. She was a great saleswoman. She connected with me and wanted to know my style and what I liked to better my shopping experience. Overall, she was excellent. She made me so happy I wanted to spend my money at this store. I like the different styles and charms. I just love my necklace and bracelets. I actually had a problem with my necklace it changed colors.
