The associates at this store are amazing (3 different ones assisted me in different ways). I’m new to the pandora family and just received 2 pandora bracelets as gifts. I came in because one of the bracelets was too big and wanted to exchange for a smaller size. I was able to do so without issue. Then I needed to buy clips for one of the bracelets and a safety chain for each one. The associates were knowledgeable about the products, and able to make great suggestions. I got exactly what I needed in a beautiful design and I couldn’t be happier. I then was given ANOTHER bracelet for free because of how much I spent (a special they were running). Lastly, I wanted to get my bracelets cleaned while there but they weren’t doing cleaning because of covid (not truly sure why because they still touched my bracelets and helped me add merchandise to them), but the associate gave me tips on how to clean them myself. I also loved being able to run into this store quickly as it is a stand alone store and not inside a mall. I will 100% be back!

The associate who helped my cousin and I, Kayla, was very friendly, patient and knowledge. My cousin and I were looking for matching charms for our bracelets and after asking a few questions Kayla knew the perfect charm for us and we love it! She also showed us other charms we loved individually as well.

Immediately greeted upon entering the store. Sales associate was friendly. I didn’t have to wait to be serviced.
