The sales rep (Valerie) was so helpful and knowledgeable. She gave me options. She was also very polite and made shopping a pleasant experience.

I made a phone call to Kayla before visiting the Atlantic Station location to make sure the items I wanted were in stock. Kayla assisted me and pulled my specific items and placed them to the side for me to come and complete my purchase. Upon arrival she all my options available and then assisted me as I requested her to pull 3 to 4 more other items. Kayla you rock and I appreciate you help and patience.

Great customer service

The customer service was excellent! Clint, our sales associate was awesome. He was extremely helpful, took his time to explain the differences in sizes and the charms.

Hugo was one of the best sales associates I've ever had at Pandora and I've been to several Pandora stores over the past 8 years. His two greatest attributes were his patience and friendliness. I had quite a few questions and wanted to look at several bracelets and and charms, and not only did he take the time to show me how to put each bracelet on and tell me very important details about them that I wouldn't have thought to ask, but he also was patient while I took pictures of the bracelets and charms to send to my sister for her opinion of whether she thought our mom would like them and he not once tried to rush me.

For starters, excellent customer service, great selections, nice prices.

With covid19 still being a concern I think that the # of customers allowed in the store should be limited. As I was finishing up my transaction 5-6 people entered the store social distancing was not possible. Overall my experience was pleasant.
