The Pandora store and staff at Atlantic Station is the BEST! I have been shopping at this location for several years now and have never had a bad experience. It’s amazing to not visit in a year and to walk in and the staff immediately remembers you and your favorite items. Great customer service, thank you!!

The Lenox location was my second location of the day. The Atlantic Station location did not have the charm I was looking for, but I found the service to be far superior at Lenox location.

My initial call was handled by Clint in regards to my return. He was kind enough to put a bracelet on hold for me to pick up the next day. He was off but I was assisted by Jasmine the following day. She was just as sweet and professional
