i was very satisfied because i was ready to give up on my bracelet because of tarnishing, but an employee made my bracelet look band new and explained to me how to achieve this at home.

Because I got the stuff I need. I was in and out very quick. It was essay to find what i was looking for.

My experience with the sales associate was wonderful. She met me with a lovely attitude. I was buying a gift for a friend and she was asking me questions about the friend, the reason for the gift. We found just the perfect gift and I left extremely satisfied.

As stated in the previous questions, the sales associate was very cordial, cleanliness of store, nice music I love Pandora period.
