When entering the store I was greeted and immediately assisted. After, the sales rep. helped me find the charm my Mom wanted, he assisted me with making the perfect ring selection.

The customer service was extraordinary! We were greeted as soon as we entered and Renee wasted no time assisting us. She was very patient, knowledgeable and her customer service was over the top! We will definitely be returning!

Renee was very welcoming. This was my first time ever visiting a Pandora store and not only did she take the time to walk me through the process she was super friendly, knowledgeable and assisted with the biggest smile ever. She is definitely a Pandora Super Star and I am super happy that she played a part in helping me build my first Pandora charm. This means the world to me. Thanks Renee 😊
