My visit was to ha e my bracelet cleaned. While waiting I decided to look for charms. The associate was very professional and patient.

My Pandora experience was awesome! I was acknowledged when entering the store and wait one when it was my turn. I was there with my Mom to get her a bracelet. This was her first time in the store and she left knowing a lot more about what the company has to offer.

Assistant was very friendly but little slow

Sales Associate was very helpful in assisting me select my charm and stopper. Gave me an honest opinion. Also, as soon as we walked in, we were greeted happily by other associates.

Michael was very friendly, and helped me find a new option when the ring I was wanting was not in stock in my size. Great service from everyone else in the store as well.

My salesman Clint was great and knew the products. He helped me choose for a gift . Wrapped individual charms perfectly and carefully.
