My sales associate Kara was very helpful and caring. She went over and beyond to help me find my mother in law, and daughters a gift. She was very patient with me and she also clean my bracelets. This Pandora is one of my favorite location to shop at, anytime I'm feeling a little sad about the passing of my mother and sister I go to store and buy a charm for them and the staff is always very caring. So I thank you all very much for all that you do for your customers.

I live in East Cobb, Georgia which Cumberland Mall is closer. I went to the Pandora store and the customer service was horrible. I googled the next closets store which was Midtown Atlanta. I also have to pay for parking. The staff was Amazing I am very satisfied.

This was my first time to visit a pandora store and I was very pleased.The sales rep very helpful answering questions we had and was patient as well. I’m excited about the purchase and can’t wait to return for more charms.
