Never been into a pandora store, wanted to return an item that was received for Christmas, but was not returned in time frame allowed, but was still able to exchange for something else.

Sharon was patient, understanding & fun. We looked at everything from bracelets, charms, rings earrings & necklaces & not once did she get frustrated, even when we wanted to look at the same thing multiple times because we couldn’t make up our mind. The manager on that evening was awesome & mega friendly too!!!

The personal attention that I was giving was professional. Valarie and all staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Searched thoroughly far I certain necklace I was looking for but to no avail. I appreciated the time she spent searching.

The sales associates were very friendly. They were able to provide my husband and myself with information since this was our first Pandora purchase. They gave both of us their undivided attention. I loved it there!!
