I love them everyone was respectful and wasn't just standing around and was ver quick with assisting me I'll definitely be visiting this store again soon

The sales associates was very knowledgeable and helped us find some great items to purchase. She also informed us of the free perks such as free cleanings. She even helped us get a new clip to help protect the charms!

I was promptly greeted by a sales associate, and she asked I'd I needed help, but was not pushy. It's nice to have someone available to help when needed or requested, but not hovering like I've had at other (non-pandora) jewelry stores.

The salesperson Erica was great and found exactly what I was looking for. And was very helpful when it came to care instructions and with other questions I had.

Employee Christiana made my experience so welcoming and friendly after having a bad day. She fixed everything and was very sweet and kind.
