I am a great grandmother who is handicapped. My granddaughter brought me into Pandora in a wheelchair. I expected to have a horrible experience. I was so pleasantly surprised. I told the sales girl what I was looking for she brought me out samples put them on a low counter explained everything I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes thrilled to death that I got the gift I set out to get. Thank you so much for the wonderful people at the Oaks Mall store.

The SA was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was patient as we were deciding on different options. She also made suggestions based on her experience that helped us make decisions

I am always satisfied with purchases a my local Pandora store. The employees are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Glass displays are clean with all displays visible and finger print free. It would be nice if my store carried more initial charms.

Ordering online is a pain. They would let you checkout take your money then cancel return your money. Frustrating. When i the store they didn’t have all i want to buy but still got some stuff.

The ladies working at this Gainesville location were very friendly and helpful. The only reason I most likely won’t visit this location again is because I am visiting from MN. If I do come to Gainesville again, I would very likely shop here again!

The young lady Kyla was EXTREMELY helpful she took her time looking for the best charms for me and also went out her way to help me find the bracelet I wanted ! She was super helpful and her willingness to help and make sure I was happy with my charms and bracelets meant a lot to me . I truly appreciate Great customer service

Associate had previously told me about new products releasing at the end of May. Only had one L come in of the style I came for. Moved my charms around while I was taking care of something else.

Gave me info I was unaware of. Everyone was very friendly and was able to help me with my gift. I even got me a free cleaning on my own bracelets that the associate recommended and did it with no hesitation. Just wonderful souls and nothing but joy.
