Christiana M and Chelsea were both phenomenal. Absolutely great customer service very patient with me. They made me feel very happy and comfortable while shopping. I’ll definitely be back because of the two beautiful sprite ladies. Pandora is very lucky to have such great people to represent this store and brand.

The staff was very friendly. The staff were with customers when I first arrived to the store, but informed me they’ll be right with me and thanked me for my patience. The store manager was extremely nice, personable, and friendly. Although I’m an online shopper, I will definitely come back in person to this store.

The associates were very attentive and helpful. I hadn't had my bracelets/charms cleaned since pre-covid and they were very kind to do all three by hand (I didn't realize they don't use a machine anymore). They also recommended I get two clips for my one bracelet as a charm got stuck in that area. Also bought the Grogu charm for my daughter while I was there.
