All associates were very nice and courteous to me. I received immediate attention as I entered the store. The price for my charm was great and my healthcare employee discount was cool.

The sales associate was very nice and helpful. She helped me pick out charms and arrange them on my bracelet. She also replaced my worn out discolored blue leather bracelet (I had never taken it off).

Zach are Christiana were extremely helpful and friendly. They have us options and answered all our questions. We didn’t feel rushed when looking through the charms
