I purchased a ring at a different location and wanted to exchange it for a different size. I had my receipt and the ease of exchanging it was so simple. The sales associate greeted me so nicely, asked what she could do for me and made the process so simple. She also explained the warranty and boxed the purchase so beautifully. I would highly recommend this location.

When I walked into the store the service rep was very friendly and attentive to me. She guided me throughout the store to help me since it was my first time there. Once I found what I wanted she continued to assist me and made me feel as though I was still top priority! This is what I call customer service

The staff were phenomenal. The store was beautiful. And everything regarding the transaction was great. I’m irritated frankly regarding your use of forced masking on your employees. It’s barbaric and inhumane and for a company that boasts some of the more humane overseas production facilities in the world, your forced masking of your American employees shows how little you actually value the life and experiences of the people who work for you. Will not shop at your company again until this policy is reverse and employees are free to mask and bad according to their own individual will.

They were so nice help me with what I needed. They even help me pick out more thing as well I am very happy with everything that i got. Happy birthday to me.
