The sales associates in this store are amazing. They are warm, welcoming, inviting and patient. Erica is very nice and helpful. The associates in today are the reason this is one thing I have not ordered online.

I was there first customer of the morning. They cleaned my bracelet and had great customer service. They did not have my size ring in stock but they ordered it for me! I love the new daisy collection!

I was able to get right in on a Saturday. The sales associate that I had was very friendly [compared to the past experience]. I was kinda hesitant to go there because of the last visit but this associate was very pleasant. This one at a time going into the store is ridiculous and the numbers for alachua county is down not up according to their sign.

I enjoyed my pandora experience because it was quick and easy. I told the merchant what I was in the store for, which was a ring for myself and she asked my size and suggested a size smaller after trying one on and I quickly fell in love with the ring that i purchased. I love it!
