I enjoyed shopping with the assigned associate and she knew all her pieces she also recommended pieces in order to achieve the look I wanted.

My fiancé loved her bracelet and charms. She had one but has been hinting at getting another one so I decided to UPGRADE her bracelet.

I love it and I will be back!!!

There were two girls running the Pandora in the Oaks Mall in Gainesville, Florida on 3/18/2021 for the evening shift. I was in line for an hour before I was seen. The wait was worth it. The two girl were very kind and took me even though the store was supposed to be closed since I had waited in line for so long. Professional, kind, great customer service. I wish I remembered their names. I am a healthcare worker and wanted to reward myself for my 50 hour work week. These girls made it possible. Thank you to them for a great shopping experience.

When I visit Pandora in the Oaks Mall, I have a couple favorite salesperson and Christiana is one of them! She very helpful with picking out jewelry and arranging the charms nicely. She interacts and has a great memory which makes you feel like a valuable customer. I have multiple bracelets that she’s helped me with! I just love her!

Erica welcomed me into the store asked me if I was coming in for something specific made suggestions on birthday gift for me friend I didn’t feel rushed gifted wrapped my items and labeled so I don’t send the wrong gift and offered cleaning for my bracelet and a new book to review Erica was awesome thank you for being you and taking care of your customers
