The sales associate was extremely helpful and made every attempt to make the process easy and enjoyable under the current restrictions. She took me right to the merchandise I was asking about, provided all the options, and made helpful suggestions based in the ages and interests of the girls I was shopping for. The sales staff also showed a nice rapport with each other, as another associate came over to help with the wrapping, making the sales process go a lot faster, while still setting up everything exactly the way I needed it for my gifts. They were both very friendly and personable to me, and to each other - which makes the shopping experience more pleasant.

The service was timely and the atmosphere was pleasant. The sales rep gave me individual attention and was patient. She took her time and explained why the bracelet I returned was giving me such a hard time, explained my options and assisted me with finding a new bracelet that I liked. The store is always clean a so organized and I love that.
