The associates were so nice and knowledgeable, offered to clean my Pandora jewelry while I shopped; and explained the offers available. Nice shopping experience.

Chelsea was wonderful. Called for direction-hers were excellent. In store service excellent. Only downside -limited inventory. Product great as always!

Because every time when I come in to just get my jewelry clean they greet you at the door and help you even if it's down to buying a gift for someone.

The sales associates who were helping me were great! The helped me order a charm for my 18th birthday as well as helped me pick out a new bracelet. And even told me about the graduation charm coming out because I graduate this year.
