The sales representative was very nice, friendly, and knowledgable about the products. She knew exactly what I was looking for, and allowed me to look at a few other items I was interested in getting in the future. She offered to help me redesign my bracelets in the future. I'd be happy to make another purchase at this store, from this employee.

I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience due to the assistance from the staff and the appearance of the store. The staff was able to assist me with cleaning services as well as purchasing new items and it was very easy to move around the store and find what I was looking for.

I purchased a Christmas gift for a dear friend and the bracelet was too small. I walked into the store and was immediately greeted. After I explained the situation, the associate helped me make an exchange for the right size bracelet. She also explained about the warranty and that I could tell my friend that she gets free cleanings in the store. I was so happy with the service. It was easy and quick!
