The sales associates were very pleasant and professional during my visit. Positive attitudes and knowledge regarding my items along with friendliness made my visit very positive.

The staff were very attentive, they were eager to assist me and if I had any questions they were knowledgeable on my questions. They showed me some charms I may not have looked at and I ended up purchasing three Disney charms, and 3 other charms, 6 in total!

The sales associate was very knowledgable and patient with me as I explored different options and decided on my purchase items. I was not only helped with the items I was looking for but was also given so many other options, which led me to purchase more gifts than I had anticipated. I was also shown items that were on sale. Exceptional service.

The girl helping was very helpful knowledgeable and enjoyable to be around. was a very nice experience. would love to have her help me again.

Employees were knowledgeable, helpful, as well as super friendly. We were purchasing a birthday gift for our daughter. They were quick to ask her interests to ensure that we were able to incorporate the appropriate charms for her (both things that she would like as well as recommendations on how certain items might be better given her age and level of activity). First time shopping in Pandora, as well as this store. I will absolutely be back as finances can afford.

It was early so the staff was eagerly awaiting customers. They showed me exactly what I was looking for! I saw the associate who helped me wearing a ring I had never seen before from pandora. That will be my next purchase!!
