I had a damaged clasp that was bent back into good condition. I also was able to exchange a regular bracelet for an adjustable one easily and without charge. When I said it was for a gift, the staff also put the bracelet and the pandora charms I brought in together in a gift box. So lovely!😊

My sales associate,Natalie, was great. She did not rush me or try to “push” me to buy something that I didn’t want. Of course she offered me different things but she didn’t make me feel uncomfortable by making me feel as if she was pushing me to spend more and more money. I love that store.
