The selection of charms was nice. I liked the different tones of metals they had, and the different color combinations u can choose from.

All of the associates are very friendly and patient with the customer. I like when I walk into the store I can go directly to the items I'm interested in. I like that the associates share their ideas and thoughts with the customers. Great place to shop.

My service was excellent! I went to the Pandora store in Gainesville FL and it was awesome! That store had everything i asked for in stock! The customer service was Excellent i will definitely return for more jewelry and charms!! 5 stars Loved It ❤️

My husband and I went in not knowing a thing about pandora or where to start and the sales associate helped us every step of the way. My husband was looking for one charm in particular and was very pleased that they qwrw able to find it. I especially wanted something in purple and we found just the thing.
