Love pandora. Love the memories created with the charms. Was looking for 2 charms that were sold out.

Very graciously agreed to add charms to my bracelet even tho I did not buy them there. After she had removed all the charms & replaces them, I decided to ask about a chain guard but was not sure it would help me. She offered to put it on & let me try it even tho it meant removing all & replacing again. Maybe twice if I didn’t buy. I did get it & am very happy

Store in the Oaks Mall is very attractive. Nice selection of jewelry. The sales associate, Natalie was very nice and helpful.

When greeted by the sales lady I told her I just had a question about cleaning my bracelet. She didn't shy away from helping me at all even though my stated intention was not to buy something. She cleaned my bracelet for me (was not expecting that) then gave me some tips to clean it easily. Only after that did I ask if they had a specific type of charm, which she was able to quickly pull out from a drawer. She told me about the Pandora card, no one previously had even mentioned, and offered to add the charm to my bracelet for me. I explained it was a gift. She then stated, well then let me gift wrap it for you. I just really feel she above and beyond, certainly beyond anyone else I have encountered at that same store.

They held a new necklace I was interested in.
