The sales associate was very helpful and friendly. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store. Although pandora doesn’t make the style ring I wanted, she was able to help me choose something I love.

The clerk was very helpful and allowed me to see everything l liked.

Celeste was the greatest. I had spoken with her on the phone a few days prior explaining to her that I did not live in town and i had been to a few Pandora stores that did not have the 8.3 bangle and she explained that they were getting a shipment the next day and asked when I would be coming in. Once I arrived at the store she new exactly who I was and new what size bangle I needed and greeted me with a big smile and kindness. She asked me how my day was going, complimented me on my pandora bracelets and asked me a few questions in order to guide me into what I was looking for and she exceeded my expectations. She was so knowledgeable, and was able to pick out charms and clips to share with me that I may like. The specific one that I liked she did not have at first but looking into further she found one on display. It was the last one "angel wings". It was just perfect. I have never been treated nicer at a pandora store. I normally don't shop there since I don't live in town but I will be coming back here more often after that experience. She was kind, knowledgeable, understanding, friendly, patient, great listener, and she invested in me. THANK YOU CELESTE!!!
