I hsd Purchased a limited edition bangle over the holidays. The clasp broke and I could not wear it so I brought it back. The sales associate understood and showed my similar bracelets/ bangles I could exchange. She cleaned all my charms while we looked at my options and showed me a couple of new charms. She looked at each charm and asked me about my charms. It was great to chat with the ladies. I will definitely be back to get another green charm for my collection!

Associate was very nice and eager to help me get what I needed and in a timely matter. She shared a lot of knowledge about my previous purchases that i was not aware of. Very pleasant and helpful.
