I love Pandora

I am pleased with my beads although I wish they would be replaced if broken. I also would love it if there were bead created for makeup artists. Over all I love my Pandora.

Anna, took her time in helping me pick out a bracelet for myself, she was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the best charms that represent myself and what I wanted to share on my bracelet . I had come in earlier that day to purchase a bracelet for my daughters birthday which the store manger helped me with and let me know about the 40% off sale. I had such a great experience with both ladies I definitely will be back for more!

I contacted the Gainesville store prior to driving an hour to the store to make sure they had what I was looking for. When I arrived they were actually waiting for me which made me feel like they wanted my business. I met the owner of the store and she set me up with a very knowledgeable associate. Everyone at the store was nice and professional! My wife loved the bracelet and that is what matters to me.

The knowledge of both sales associates regarding the charms was awesome. They both helped me pick out the most beautiful spacer to go with the charm I purchased. She was beautifully dressed and made me feel VALUED as a customer. She made eye contact, her voice was pleasant to listen to, and she was able to make perfect suggestions based on what I described.
