The sales staff are wonderful to work with. During this visit, I had just seen the new Fall preview and wanted one of the rings I saw on the ad in a size 9. They had just gotten a shipment in but not in a size 9. So I bought another ring that I fell in love with.

Sale associate are knowledgeable of the product, very friendly. They are patient with the customers and very helpful in helping you choosing and explaining what each charms means. Like that the Associates, help with designing your bracelet as well.

Need to have all the bracelets available in more sizes especially the more common sizes. That's it. That's all.
