They didn't have the bracelet I wanted in stock and it couldn't be ordered either.

Pandora is always my “go to” when it comes to jewelry for my wife. At Christmas time I always buy her the ornament and a couple of the new Christmas charms. She has a collection of ornaments going back maybe 10 years. But this year, when I went to the store I was told that there is no new ornament this year. And when I asked to see the newest Christmas charms, there was very few to be seen. So basically, just disappointed that there is no ornament this year.

The staff 3 people only,the line at the door was a little strange.

Did not have many rings in my size

The store did not have the items I wanted in store.

Good environment

Because most of the things I chose that were on sale were unavailable.

Took a very long time, the products I wanted weren't available. I drove 30miles away to discover that they were closed most of the day.
