At the store at that moment there were 3 associates (2 females and a male) The associate who sold me the necklace and earrings was really nice, but prior starting with my order when we arrived to the store and we were looking and deciding there was another associate (the other female, with short hair and glasses) who was so rude with my friend, the associate was organizing some charms my friend touched one of them and she said in a very RUDE way DO NOT TOUCH THEM, imagine that my friend got basically scared because she never expected that, when I saw that I wanted to leave the store, I waited to see how nice was the other lady and that’s why I decided to buy because I was so mad when that happened, I understand there are things that we can’t touch at specific moments but DONT BE RUDE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS, next time I’m 100% sure if she is there by herself I’m not going to buy anything from her.

I was dissatisfied with the product that was sent to me after my online order. I ordered a Sparkle Halo ring for my daughter's 16th birthday and within a few days, her finger was green and the metal on the ring completely changed to dingy and porus looking.

The associate was very polite and knowledgeable about the merchandise. She was willing to help and give suggestions that helped with my purchase. The store was neat and clean.

We were in for Mother’s Day, to purchase the angel charms. They didn’t have them at the time, they were ordered, received the call they were in, called back some how a break in communication, they were sold out again when I went to pick them up, so had to order again, and I got them this time.

I intentionally came to buy on Valentine's Day and the selection of merchandise was limited. A little disappointed that I didn't find exactly what I was looking for.

I contacted Pandora.com to replace a bracelet and they sent me the wrong one. I eas Looking to exchange abd discovered I could not. Frustrated that on line Pandora got it wrong. No, I have not called them back yet. It’s such a hassle!

This location did not honor the online sales price. The set I specifically came to Pandora for was online for $64 and instore it was $99. If it was not for the saleswoman I wouldn't have purchased anything. She was sweet and it wasn't fair to her to not earn commission from my purchase if I chose to order online. It wasn't fair to me to have to spend an additional $35 because I chose to purchase instore. The owner needs to reevaluate their sales model and elect one that better values the customer as well as their employees.
