Not complete knowledgeof merchandise

I had a problem with one of the associates in tallahasseefl .... the service was very horrible and they dont know how to talk the people at all... didnt want to return my bracket that I spent my money on... all I ask for is the same braclet oh no we can't do that ... it has to be the same size.... the lady name was Cynthia... but a young lady name Erika from the gainesville pandora was very helpful and didn't give me a problem without exchange for the same amount that I bought it for.... the braclet that I purchased popped twice very bad reviews....

The selection for the reflections clips needs to be more. Maybe a manatee clip or some other animals would be nice. You have a lot of beads fro the bracelet, but not enough clips for the reflection bracelet. We need a wider selection of clips!!!!!!

The selection was lacking. The store had very few of the sale items.

Sales associates are not friendly. They should make people feel welcome.

I wasnt highly satisfied because of the collection of the charms were very slim an over priced.

The customer service was amazing however the variety of charms offered weren't that great. I know it isn't the store's fault they don't have the merchandise but it made it hard to buy what I wanted while I was there.

I was very satisfied with my Pandora experience, my sales lady was great very helpful and knowledgeable. The only problem was at the time I was there they were not doing cleanings and I have to go back in a week or so.

I were satisfied with the store customer were great. Worker very pleasnt. She took her time showing me items

I was not given a box for my product.
