I type of earrings that I wanted they did not have and it's is a new product really wanted to buy not order and just to see what they look like. Very sad.... And they need to have more sizes if rings in stock.

Was given the wrong price initially on my purchase, then it was corrected at the register. Price given was a lower price than what was at the register

Wish there was a way to exchange a previously bought ring after 30 days since it no longer fit due to changes in finger. I would pay extra but not the whole $100 to get the same ring in a different size.

The sales person ( erica ) told me she put locks on bracelet so charms won't move off bracelet. This was a lie, I gave this bracelet to my wife for Mothers Day. When she open up the lock, one charm fell off the bracelet.
