I have made many purchases (primarily) charms. I am hesitant to purchase these items, but my daughter really loves the items, so I still purchase your product. What concerns me is the items tarnishes easily and she has to freq. have it cleaned at the store or do it herself. It become bothersome. My visits are fine; it's the quality of the product that concerns me most.

Coupons needs to be more realistic by offering ones on a $50.00 purchase also not just on a $100.00 purchase.

It seemed like I got the last charm they had of I wanted and it seemed to be the display item and looked a little shop worn from being handled a lot.

At first, I asked to exchange a wishbone which a stone was defected as soon as I bought it. The associate asked the manager which seemed to be in a bad mood and answered her questions, in front of all the clients, in a rude matter. I was promised a size change of my other rings since my sizes in all ringsa werent available in store and I didn't want to order it (which were past a month) yet since the other manager got fired, I never heard back. The new manager didn't want to hear it, shut down my request, and only could help with the defective one. No good bye, no have a good day. Few weeks later, when I came in to exchange it, I asked to return it. Neither the associate nor the manager could pull up my account since they spelled my name wrong. I felt as if the associates were pushing my nerve and did everything to make sure I wouldnt return it.

I spent over $300.00 on this visit and received three free jewelry boxes. Ask the associate if I could get a free charm instead of the jewelry box and she stated she could not do that. I do not need three jewelry boxes I need a free charm. Try to make this a policy to give a free charm especially if I just bought a new bracelet. Was not happy that I did not get a free snap for my new bracelet. What am I going to do with three jewelry boxes?
