Two of the items I wanted to see were not available in the store on this day.

It was not practical to only see two box of charms, for example, I couldn't see the Disney, shine and travel collection at the same time.

I was with a friend who was taking a longer time so I decided to sit down but there is no where for a person to sit. I am handicap and even if I were not it would be nice to have a couple chairs in the store

Unfortunately I chose to buy Pandora for a graduating nurse during the time that the main store was closed for 3 weeks. Was very very dissatisfied with the two nursing charms that were available but did not have any other choice.

Was satisfied, wasn’t an over the moon experience, just buying jewelry. Love the free gifts when you spend so much.

The bracelet i am looking for is out of my sizes.

I went in looking for a specific charm for graduation, but it was not available. There was, though, another option so I was able to make a gift purchase.

I did not notice until I purchased the item and had left the store that it wasn't exactly the item I wanted; it looked different in the store (not sure if it was the lighting that made it look all silver but it has gold in it) , however, the piece has grown on me after wearing it but at first I was but disappointed because I thought I described what I was looking for pretty well and was shown what I described.

The sales associate didn’t seem to be very knowledgeable about what was available.
