The items I was looking for were not available and the salesperson didn't suggest any alternatives such as online oder.

I felt rushed by the sales associate to make decisions and I really did not like that I had to look at the charms through the glass.

The staff weren't as friendly as they usually are.

A lot of charms I wanted to check out are out of stock

Excessive wait to make a purchase. I already knew exactly what I wanted to purchase but took over 15 minutes to be helped and would have been longer up to 30minutes had another customer not offered to let me skip ahead in line.

The didn’t have lot of the items in the catalog that were on sale The stir is way to small Not enough Assiciates

Pricing a little high

The staff was not very friendly. There was not a very wide variety of charms and the charms a very expensive for the size and quality. Some charms were not available and there were no sales or specials for the holiday season. Cleaning of Pandora bracelets were not available and there was poor organization in terms of serving customers. There was no announcement when you walked in the store to sign in for service and in turn I was lost and confused until I saw another customer sign in and be called for service.

I must have read the question wrong my visit was pleasant and the salesman was awesome

We were able to find what we needed with great customer service
