The wait was a little long. The item we wanted was not available. The store was small, not much room to move around, not all items were on display.

The store is very organized and easy to find items. No waiting in line a long length of time. Great customer service, the associates are very knowledgeable of the items and are great explaining and show you different ways the items can be worn. Great place to shop.

There are many charms that you can choose to create your own story. There are online and off line stores to purchase them. They look pretty.

I brought a necklace, earrings ring,bracelet& a ring from there about a year. Bracelet has lost the lock started coming off after a month. Necklace it turned another color earrings, and ring did too. I tried going to see if it would be something they could do but they broke the necklace said they don’t clean earrings and I had to buy another lock for my bracelet

The special was to buy 2 get one free and I wanted to make a separate purchase for another charm that happened to be cheaper but the sales associate said the computer would not let her do it so I lost 30.00z

The store was too crowded.Had to wait too long to make a purchase.Never got asked by a worker can I help you.The person that completed my purchase was very friendly and knowledgeable.She was really great at her job.

The staff is not knowledgeable and there is no inventory what so ever!

Sales associate making fun at another customer pant and saying she should take a picture of it cause it was hanging low and I was standing at the counter ! Very unprofessional .
