I went in to return something that was ordered for me (Pandora sent 2 of the same item and forgot one of the items). I wasn't made aware of the purchase of 125.00 the free bangle as I bought a new bracelet while I was in there and if I would have been aware of this I would have bought another clip or charm for my current bracelet.

I was not greeted when I walked in. I waited 20 minutes before someone actually noticed me. There was three people on staff working but they all seem like they were doing busy work instead of actually helping the customers.

The small iPad device to take payment malfucntioned. Both of them it took over 45 minutes for me to pay. The sales staff was untrained how to handle the problem and if I had not needed to purchase the item for a birthday present I would have canceled the purchase and walked out. You need to fix this

Pandora is pricey. Twice, I've had bracelets break. It's difficult to get replacement , even while under warranty. In addition, my daughter had to cut her cord pandora bracelet to get charm off as pandora doesn't warranty such issues. Pandora overpriced for what it offers

Pandora needs to work on customer service. We have visited this location twice in two years and have received the same low quality of customer service. Signing in at the door is ridiculous when you want to browse, but then we needed help and no one on the floor would even look at us because we had to "sign in" first. This is ridiculous and should have at the very least been explained to us upon entering. The women working at the Gainesville, FL location are unfriendly and need better customer service training overall. When I asked to see earring, it was obvious the associate was annoyed. I really hope they do not work on commission, because this individual did not deserve it off of my purchase.

The associate who checked me out was in training and she was very sweet, which is good, because we stood for nearly 20 minutes waiting to be waited on. There were 4 or 5 associates in the store standing and 3 other customers when we got there. Not once after looking at us did ANY of the associates say that they would be right with us other than the one in training. It was ridiculous and it absolutely changed my view and opinion of this store. I doubt I will ever shop local again for Pandora. The management of this store clearly needs to teach their associates about friendliness and basic customer service. All that needed to be done was acknowledge that they were busy, but instead it looked at those 3 were helping one particular customer and they were just gossiping about if they liked the necklace she was trying on. I've never been so under satisfied with this store and I absolutely mean it when I say I nearly walked out without purchasing.
