I came into Pandora to get a charm for a bracelet. I don't like to put a price on gifts for others so when the sales associate asked me if I had a budget, I said no. Just because I said no doesn't mean you bring out the most expensive charms in the WHOLE STORE. They were very persistent on selling the priciest item to me and weren't listening to my request of the type of charm I wanted. All they kept saying was "I think" the whole time. The charm is for me not you.

Pandora does not have progressive insurance anymore I’ve bout three bracelets thru progressive.Gainesville fl mall does not have a lot of items to choose from . Need more items bigger store and to get progressive back !!

Waited over an hour to get inside the store. Once inside- merchandise selection was limited and disappointing. Employee kept trying to up-sell even after we told her our budget.

The sales associate helping me was not very friendly and did not treat me as if I was a valuable customer. Was lousy about showing me different charm options. And when I asked for protective bags for my purchase, she was quick to tell me they were out. I waited and asked another associate who got them for me right away.

1. The sales associate does not care about customers' needs, thoughts, feelings, or satisfaction. It was the second time that she did not ask whether I need to wrap up my selected items in a box or just put it on my bracelet. She chose to put it on my bracelet and did not ask whether I need a box for my purchase or not. It is an economical and environmental-friendly gesture to save the box and bag, but still a sales associate should ask the customer in case the customer needs them. 2. The sales's service is not in consistency. The first time when I tried suing my Pandora credit card to check out, she refused to take it because I didn't bring my ID with me that day in June. Actually, she recognized me and remembered that it was she that encouraged me to apply Pandora credit card in May. However, for my purchase in July, I showed my Pandora credit card to her and she didn't ask my ID but just checked me out. The sales capricious demand for customer did not make the purchase easier but harder. 3. The sales is not passionate about sales or helping customers. She is the least inviting Pandora sales associate I've ever seen.

The associate was rude, did not show everything I wanted to see. I asked if there were more items. She did not show me everything and was not willing to go the extra mile to help. I was buying charms for my daughters and granddaughters first charm for Christmas

Bought 2 flat bracelets and 4 charms. The 2 charms damaged my flat bracelet. I dont want those charms since they damage the bracelet. Was told nothing they could do since I bought at discount

I was trying to return a bangle that A clasp would not stay closed on. The sales associate (Erica ) said that she can give me corporate’s number and try to see if they could resolve the issue for me. However every time I come to that Pandora store I could help with a return or someone would resolve it for me. Weather it’s in store or dealing with corporate! However, she didn’t even seem interested on trying to help me out. So I made a purchase gotten her name and said I’ll return another day.

The issue it was a refund perfomed in December 2019. They would not give me my money back. Instead they were going to issue a check. I never received it, waited several months until from my continuous calling they accepted for me to go to the store and get a refund. Which "they did". However I paid cash but I did not gt returned cash, they "Deposited" in debit card, which 24hr later still does not even appear pending in my bank. Its annoying to be begging for my own money. Completely dissatisfied. Big turn off for buying Pandora. If you buy something for your wife and there is an issue, size or she did not like it, it's frustrating to be jumping through hoops to get a refund, specially when for ANY other retailer is so easy to do.
