The bracelet I ordered was delayed; that wasn’t the problem. The problem was at the location in Gainesville, FL the sales associate Erica lied and said she told me my bracelet was here on July 7th, 2020. She called me and said that the shipment had come in but my bracelet was not in this shipment on July 7th. I called the store on July 14th and the store manager said yes we have your bracelet and we placed a call to you on the 7th to let you know it was here. Erica wrote down a lie and she lied to me! I will not visit the Pandora store in Gainesville, FL again. I will order everything I want online.

Felt like I was the sales person. I asked for items and she was unfamiliar or rude whenever I would ask a question. Seemed like she didn’t want to be there or want me to buy any products. It seemed like we were a nuisance

Only two associates in the store both helped the same client for an additional 15mis while I stood there when another client walked in the store is when one of the associates asked to help me ... I bought items that were suppose to be 39% off and I got charged full price . The associate didn’t know how to ring up the merchandise she tried it several times and still charged me full price for an item.

I Brought my daughter to purchase charms for her bracelet. We asked to see some charms (we spent over $400 on this visit alone) the associate said that we were not allowed to touch the charms because they didn't want to have to clean them. She pulled out a case of charms and held them up but made sure to keep them out of our reach. One time I reached forward so that I could see a charm and she pulled the box back so that I could not examine the piece. I have made many purchases at this store and have never had an experience like that. You brand was certainly tarnished in mind on this day. I clearly hope that no one else is treated in the manner at your store.

Sales clerk was not helpful . I had to keep prompting her to show me merchandise. Seemed to not care if I bought something or not. I spent over 200.00 and had to ask for gift wrap . Not a good experience

Went into the store for almost 1 hr and picked out 2 rings, 1 bracelet and 2 charms. Had to place an order for 1 ring and the bracelet due to the size needed was not available. The manager was the associate helping me, and she was supposed to complete the form for the order. My family member came in 1 hr later to complete the process, pay for everything and complete the order. The 2 available associates had NO clue about my order. The form was not completed from earlier, the associates could not even locate it at first, and had to call the manager to ask her basically what had transpired earlier because everything was such a mess. Finally, after the phone call, the items were located and bought, but the order was still up in the air and unclear if placed. I had to return to the store the following day to straighten everything out. Once again, things were still confusing, and that certain manager had to be called again. Finally, the order form was completed and I was insured that my order was going to be placed that day (12/18/18). Hopefully it was.

The Association was rude and made me feel like she was doing me a favor by helping me even though I knew what I wanted. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Associate that helped me saw me waiting and walked in the back of the store for 15 minutes before returning to assist me. Then overcharged me for a charm. The price should match the catalog. She stated that the catalog prices don't match her book. I feel like I should be refunded the difference. Its good business etiquette to have the actual cost as what's advertised. I will not be returning to ANY PANDORA unless this gets rectified.

I usually have a great experience when I go to my local Pandora. However, the last couple of times I've visited have not been the greatest. I'm not sure if it's a change in management or higher up but the trays have been empty every time. I understand the products are great and everyone wants to buy them, but it just doesn't look nice to walk into a store and all the trays are bare. If you anticipate a product to "fly off the shelves", then you have to be up on your ordering to make sure your store doesn't look devoid of product. Also, when I asked if I could order a product myself, I was informed it would take approximately 4 weeks to arrive. However, when I go online, it states a week or so which is a bit confusing. In conclusion, the issue I have is every time I have visited lately, everything has been empty and it looks a bit depressing.
