i felt like I was a bother to both sales associates

I needed to return a snake charm for a longer one that my mom never used because it didn’t fit. Had to wait 45 mins because they were hanging a tree on the window before they opened the store, store opened at 12 but that day 12:45. Rep didn’t not even try to help with an exchange vs me buying another snake charm bracket. And her attitude was horrible so after thinking about it I return the purchase and I had to wait again for no reason 10-15 min outside before I was allowed in the store.

There were signs posted in the store advertising a free bracelet with a $100 purchase. My purchase was $160 and when I asked about the free bracelet I was told the sale ended the day before they just forgot to take the signs down. I feel the same should have been honored because there were multiple signs posted which in my book constitutes false advertising.

I love the company, but both sales associates had snobby attitudes. I tried on rings, then when I told her I wanted to purchase the ring, she looked so surprised as if she stereotyped as one of those people who just walks around the mall window shopping.
