Allik was very respectful and effective. We got the total of 7 charms. it was for mothers day. the lines were long but we got in an out in a good time given the wait.

With this particular visit the clerk asked questions such as, do you shower or sleep with your bracelet on, how do you store your bracelet, etc.? When I told her how the bracelet is stored, she offered a polishing bag for both of my bracelets. No one has ever taken the time to offer this item and I've visited plenty of your stores in Ohio and outside of Ohio. I really appreciated her taking the time to make sure I received the best customer service.

I was very satisfied because i went in for a exchange and they were able to help me quick and nicely . even asked if i needed my jewelry cleaned .
