The sales associate was very helpful and personable. I didn't feel like she was trying to make a sale. I felt like she really wanted to help me find what I was looking for. I ended up opting for rose gold instead of silver bc she was wearing it.

Salesperson Jenn D. Was so amazing she recommended a few items that I will be returning to the store to purchase for my birthday. I plan on making a big purchase that day. I have two pandora bracelets. And I love them. I get a lot of complaints on them. Thank you so much for coming out with a lot more charms and beads. I took my sister who was visiting from out of town to the pandora store and she was so excited to start her on bracelet in the near future. I loved that they made you sign in and took people as they got there. The sales lady Jenn was amazing super helpful. She talked about her own charms and how big of a Disney fan she was, and that showed in her own pandora charm bracelet.

Quality of the customer service was superb. The associates remained professional and attentative even during a busy time. Well-organized and knowledgeable about the products.
