Jenn did an outstanding job assisting me with making my first purchases toward completing my first pandora bracelet. She was extremely patient, walked through a variety of charms, allowed me to see all the charms I liked for my bracelet together, she even assisted me with prioritizing my purchases by product availability. I would also like to mention she noticed the store was a bit crowded and stopped completing a task to assist me. She focused her sole attention on helping me decide and even looked up a charm from a catalog image I had in which we learned is not available in our area. Her manager even stepped in checked on our process. I was completely satisfied.

My sales associate Jenn D. was incredible. She was very knowledgeable about availability, style. She took the time to get to know my personality and style, she recommended just the right pieces. Came in to buy one item but ended up enjoying everything she showed me and bought most of them. I would love for her to sell me more pretty things. She was so patient even with the Black Friday craziness around us. I saw how patient she also was with her co-workers. She is just an incredible sell’s person!

Costumers service was great, however I lost my charm the next day. Please make sure you have some kind of insurance or security for charms and bracelets.
